Charlie Bear is the sweetest, most affectionate, happiest, most well mannered, well behaved dog there ever was. He is just a happy-go-lucky boy.  His tail never stops wagging. Charlie gets along well with adults, children and other dogs. He loves to go on walks, car rides, play with his toys or is just as happy snuggling with you on the couch. Charlie Bear only has one eye but the other one works just fine so it doesn't slow him down a bit. He is looking for his forever home where he will be loved and cherished for the special boy that he is.
